Professional Development Library

Senior Members of the Civil Air Patrol are encouraged to train and develop along a deliberate Professional Development Track.  In the process of this training and development, there are often books and articles to be read.  Fredericksburg Composite Squadron has developed a Professional Development Library to assist you on the Professional Development path.

Resources in the library include links to online resources and books available at the squadron along with resources available for loan from other members of the Squadron.  Please take a moment to peruse the list below and discover resources that might be of assistance in your progression along the Professional Development pathway you see before you.
